My goal as a massage therapist is to help individuals connect with their bodies and live free of pain. I support my clients in achieving their best health by exploring each unique need and incorporating that into every session.
With seven years of professional experience, I've had the privilege of massaging at a holistic wellness center and a spa in Southern Maine. I'm also a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and hold a B.S. in Marine Biology. Discovering a career that brings together my love for problem solving and my appreciation for the compassionate approach has been very exciting and very rewarding!
As a licensed massage therapist in the Seacoast community, I offer therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, aromatherapy massage, deep-tissue therapy, acupressure technique, assisted stretching and trigger point therapy.
My practice is centrally located on Route 1 in York, Maine in the Y54 Plaza and across the street from Hannaford's Supermarket.
